Welcome to KeenKey AI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KeenKey AI mobile application (the "App") provided by Pale Blue Software Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Cyprus.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use KeenKey AI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

a. Subscriptions: KeenKey AI offers subscription-based features. Fees are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store at the time of purchase.

b. Free Trial: We may offer a 3-day free trial. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or change the terms of the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.

c. No Refunds: All purchases are final. Pale Blue Software Ltd does not provide direct refunds. Refund requests must be managed through the respective app store (Apple or Google) according to their specific policies.

3. Content and AI Usage

a. Input and Output: You are responsible for the text you enter into the App ("Input"). We do not save your Input on our servers. The text generated by the AI based on your Input ("Output") belongs to you.

b. License to Us: While the Output belongs to you, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your Input solely for the purpose of providing the service to you in real-time.

c. Accuracy Disclaimer: KeenKey AI utilizes artificial intelligence to generate content. AI can produce inaccurate or biased information. The Output is provided for informational and creative purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Always verify important information independently.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use KeenKey AI for any of the following:

Generating or spreading hate speech, violence, or illegal content.
Sending spam or unsolicited communications.
Attempting to "reverse engineer," decompile, or extract the source code or underlying AI prompts of the App.
Interfacing with the App using automated scripts or scrapers.

5. Intellectual Property

The App's interface, branding, logo, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of Pale Blue Software Ltd. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Cyprus, Pale Blue Software Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any event, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cyprus.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
